This feature adds a 'Mute All' button that appears after muting an account, allowing users to batch-mute all similar accounts to balance their algorithm. Changes: - Add MuteAllMessageActionType to MessageActionType enum - Add RichFeedbackBehaviorToggleMuteAllUsers for batch mute behavior - Add ServerProfileMuteAll and ClientProfileMuteAll action types - Create MuteAllUsersChildFeedbackActionBuilder UI component - Create SimilarAccountsToMuteSource candidate source - Create MuteRecommenderServiceModule service module - Add EnableMuteAllSimilarAccountsParam feature flag - Add external strings for Mute All prompts - Add decider flags for new action types
